The RPA Bot Controller at Prodapt is a crucial member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team, responsible for monitoring, validating, and enhancing robotic process automation solutions developed with Automation Anywhere. This role includes bot performance issue resolution, bug management, and the implementation of optimizations to meet evolving business needs. The position collaborates directly with developers, business analysts, IT staff, and process owners to ensure automations operate effectively and efficiently in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor RPA bots in production to ensure error-free execution and accurate output.
- Validate bot outputs, escalate issues, and proactively resolve exceptions.
- Maintain detailed bot run logs, error reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with RPA developers for bug fixes, logic improvements, and post-deployment validation.
- Perform bot performance optimization, analyze resource usage and throughput.
- Implement process improvements, maintain version control, and ensure governance and compliance.
- Liaise with IT and business teams on bot quality, environment support, and enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years in RPA operations, with strong experience in Automation Anywhere.
- Proven skills in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving RPA bot lifecycle and workflows.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and automation integration standards.
- Knowledge of governance, security, audit requirements, and compliance.
- RPA certifications (Automation Anywhere Advanced/Professional) are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
